Lily Court
Heritage hotel · scheme
A formal water court for a heritage hotel: lily pool, clipped hedging and shade trees set out on a strict axis, planted so it reads as old as the building.
Baradari Walk
Resort arrival · scheme
The arrival walk of a resort: a pergola planted with climbers and a drip-fed border on both sides, so guests arrive under shade rather than past a wall.
Kitchen Garden
Resort kitchen · scheme
A kitchen garden for a resort restaurant: raised beds laid out to the chef's list, with herbs and salad leaves nearest the kitchen door and a planting calendar for the year.
Four-Quarter Parterre

A four-quarter lawn for a private estate: the classic charbagh layout, low hedging on the lines, and a central bed that carries colour through the seasons.

An architect’s approach to living things.
30 years
of industry experience behind the studio. Ms. Singh leads a team that has delivered gardens for five-star hotels across India.
"We do one thing — soft landscape — and we do every part of it in-house, from the drawing to the pruning."
Nature's Touch was founded in Udaipur in 2015 with a narrow brief: bring the rigour of a design practice to planting — the living half of a landscape.
Led by a senior horticulturist, working only on soft landscape. Every scheme is drawn before it is dug, and maintained by the crew that planted it.
